How do you provide l'Evento's services free?
The Profesional Members of l'Evento pay a fee to be represented by the boutique. This enables us to offer our services to you for free.
Are you also event/wedding planners?
No. We do however represent a number of qualified planners if that is a service you require. We are simply a resource that exists solely to connect discerning individuals with quality professionals. We’ve done our homework and partnered with the best pros in the area so that you can spend less time running around, meeting, interviewing and planning and more time simply enjoying the process.
Can I set up appointments to meet with professionals at l'Evento?
Yes! That’s just one wonderful benefit of our space. Simply request that your professional book a time in our private meeting room.
Why can't I, the person planning the event, book the meeting room?
We reserve our meeting room as a professional space, and ask that only professionals schedule appointments in that space. The rest of the boutique is yours - a "no sale zone" - so relax, and enjoy!
You say Events, but do you really only cater to weddings?
No! l'Evento encourages individuals and groups planning all kinds of events to use our services. We have located every quality service and product imaginable that will make planning any event a breeze. Everything from a Baby Shower, Milestone Birthday, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Graduation, Anniversary, to all the parties surrounding a wedding can be researched and coordinated using our complimentary services.
Can I choose my l'Evento professional online?
While this is possible, it is not our preferred method. Our boutique is intentionally designed to enhance your planning experience and give you hands-on knowledge of the professionals you select to help service your event. In fact, partnering with the l'Evento staff and visiting our boutique is part of the planning experience our clients have come to love! Our beautiful space allows you to relax and make those important choices with ease.
Do I need an appointment to visit the l'Evento boutique?
Absolutely not! We are open 11-6, Tuesday through Friday, and 10-4 Saturday. Our beautiful, relaxing space will allow you to truly experience the products and services you desire.
What area does l'Evento serve?
The services of our professional members cover the entire Indianapolis metro/central Indiana region. Many of our professionals also happily travel to destinations outside this area, especially if beaches and palm trees are involved.
What if the service I need isn’t represented in your library?
We will make every attempt to locate the service for you. Just ask - we're happy to help.
